The statistics above illustrate the percentage of participants who showed changes before and after the program. For example, 772 participants recorded total cholesterol levels (TCH) above 5.2 mmol/L before the program. After completing the program, 759 participants recorded lower TCH levels after the challenge (98% of participants).
